Share In The Financial Upside

Build a track record of up to 7 investments per quarter and share in the profits of your cohort's selected investments; with the potential to return some, all, or more than VU's tuition. No personal capital is required. Investments are made by VU's committed LP funds and SPVs via VU's investor syndicate.

Option To Co-Invest & No Fees On Personal Or Fund Investments

If you are an accredited investor or a fund manager you can co-invest in your cohort deals and there are no management fees and no carried interest on your capital.

Carried Interest: Sourced Capital

Receive 25% of the carried interest (a GP's equivalent size) from investors you source that co-invest through VU's investor syndicate SPV entities.

Minimum Investment per Investor: $5,000

Carried Interest: Sourced Deals

After graduating, receive 1% carried interest on deals you source that VU invests in via its global venture capital fund, private equity fund, real estate fund, and investor syndicate.
