    The Advanced Real Estate Modules Overview

     

    The Advanced Real Estate Modules are a series of modules, 1-3 hrs each, that cover core real estate private equity topics in greater depth, and include exercises and insights from industry experts.

    Note: The Advanced Real Estate Modules are included as part of the Real Estate Private Equity & REIT Investor Accelerator program and happen during week 3-10 of the Investor Accelertor. Individuals can also take the Advanced Real Estate Modules course separately.

    U.S. Program - The Advanced Real Estate Modules:

    • Time: 8 Weeks (2 Days/Week, 1-2 Hours per Module).
    • Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays (3:00pm-5:00pm PST / 6:00pm-8:00pm EST).
    • Quarterly Sessions: Winter, Spring, Summer, & Fall.
    • Note: Scheduled as Week 3-10 of the Real Estate Private Equity & REIT Investor Accelerator program.

     

    Option 2: On-Demand Video Course With Live Q&A - The Advanced Real Estate Modules

    • Location: Anywhere. All you need is access to the internet to watch the video course content on our platform.

     

    • Schedule: Anytime. Watch the video course content on your own schedule.

     

    • Live Q&A Sessions: Join 8 live Q&A sessions on Wednesday nights (6:00-7:00pm PST / 9:00pm-10:00pm EST). Once enrolled, you will be sent a calendar invite with the Zoom link to join the live Q&A sessions.

  • Program Options & Fees

    The Advanced Real Estate Modules course has two program options:

     

    Option 1 - The Live Program: $5,000.

     

    Option 2 - The On-Demand Video Course Program With Live Q&A: $2,500 for Professionals and $1,500 for Current Undergrad & MBA Students. If you're a current Undergrad/MBA student use the coupon code: "ug/mba" when enrolling in the Online Program.
